A ClockRite 4G clocking system provides detailed, accurate time and attendance information from any location with 4G mobile coverage. Clockings can be made with durable RFID proximity accessories or secure biometric fingerprint or facial recognition to prevent employees buddy clocking. All data links directly to our own UK timesheet software, helping you to simplify your payroll management. A 4G time and attendance solution is suitable for businesses of any size, and ideal for companies with a need to collect clocking data from remote locations with no fixed internet access.
Please note this solution requires a public fixed IP SIM card with a minimum of 2GB of data available.
Public fixed IP SIM’s are not typically offered by mainstream providers such as Vodafone, O2, EE ect. If you do not have one of these available, our Roamit Team can help with setting up a contract for a fixed IP SIM card

How the 4G Clocking System Works
Clocking Methods
All 4G clocking terminals support proximity clocking via card or key fob and PIN . If a biometric solution is chosen, staff can register their fingerprint or facial profile quickly and securely, leaving you safe in the knowledge that they cannot clock each other in or out. Each attendance event is accompanied by an audible and visual message to confirm success. The ClockRite System has the capacity for up to 16 clockings per employee per day.
Registration and Recording
Fingerprint or facial registration is extremely quick and easy, taking just ten seconds per staff member. If a proximity clocking method is chosen, staff can begin clocking immediately with their assigned card or key fob. All 4G capable terminals have the capacity for as many as 800+ registered users per device.
Data Storage and Download
Clocking data is stored on the 4G terminal until downloaded via mobile network to your head office location. All terminals support both LAN and USB downloads, ensuring data can still be retrieved manually in case of mobile network outage. Once downloaded, individual time sheets can be calculated and displayed in detailed reports. Attendance and payroll data is then stored securely on your PC or server.

4G Clocking System Software
Our ClockRite Software provides an intuitive and capable way to collect time and attendance data from multiple remote sites, making payroll preparation quick and easy. Install to multiple PCs as needed and create tiered user profiles to ensure staff can only access information relevant to their role.
Employee Time Cards
View an at-a-glance summary of clockings, hours worked, and relevant exceptions for all employees. Missing or erroneous clockings are easy to identify and amend, while total hours are intuitively broken down by pay rate.
Multiple Shifts and Overtime Rates
ClockRite supports unlimited shift patterns, including night shifts, and allows for multiple shifts per employee or staff group. Clocking data is analysed and organised according to your specific shift rules in order to generate a detailed breakdown of attended time for all staff members. Define up to 5 rates of overtime to be applied daily or weekly as needed.
Holidays and Absence
Define multiple absence codes and track leave entitlement with our comprehensive absence module. View all absences in convenient calendar format and include paid leave in total hours reports, ensuring payroll data remains accurate.
Detailed Reports
Generate detailed, readable reports on every aspect of your employees’ time and attendance. Integrate data directly into Sage Line 50 or export to Microsoft Excel for simple transfer into other payroll systems.
