Portable Desktop Fingerprint Clocking System Overview
A ClockRite desktop fingerprint clocking system provides detailed, accurate time and attendance information with the added convenience of wireless connectivity. The terminal also includes an 8-hour backup battery as standard. The C210’s compact, lightweight design makes it easy to transport and it is designed specifically to sit securely on a desk, tabletop, or temporary surface. We recommend the C210 for use on a single, locally managed site. Please consider our C250 fingerprint terminal if you require multi-site capability.

How the Portable Fingerprint Clocking System Works
Clocking Methods
Employees register their attendance with the simple press of a fingerprint, leaving you safe in the knowledge that they cannot clock each other in or out. The C210 clocking terminal also supports the option of a personal PIN for additional security. Each attendance event is accompanied by an audible and visual message to confirm success. The ClockRite System has the capacity for up to 16 attendance clocking events per employee per day.
Biometric Registration and Recording
Fingerprint registration is extremely quick and easy, taking just ten seconds per staff member. Multiple fingerprints can be registered in case of accidents or damage to a specific finger, and the C210 terminal has the capacity for as many as 50 staff. After initial registration, each clocking event takes only a couple of seconds.
Data Storage and Download
Clocking data is stored on the C210 terminal until downloaded via your Wi-Fi network into our time and attendance software. Once downloaded, individual time sheets can be calculated and displayed in detailed reports. Attendance and payroll data is then stored securely on your PC or server.

Portable Desktop Fingerprint Clocking System Software
Our ClockRite Software provides an intuitive and versatile time and attendance solution. The software utilises staff attendance data from the C210 portable fingerprint clock in machine to make payroll preparation quick and easy. Install to multiple PCs as needed and create tiered user profiles to ensure staff can only access information relevant to their role.
Employee Time Cards
View an at-a-glance summary of secure biometric clockings, hours worked, and relevant exceptions for all employees. Missing or erroneous biometric clockings are easy to identify and amend, while total hours are intuitively broken down by pay rate.
Multiple Shifts and Overtime Rates
ClockRite supports unlimited shift patterns, including night shifts, and allows for multiple shifts per employee or staff group. Fingerprint clocking data is analysed and organised according to your specific shift rules in order to generate a detailed breakdown of attended time for all staff members. Define up to 5 rates of overtime to be applied daily or weekly as needed.
Holidays and Absence
Define multiple absence codes and track leave entitlement with our comprehensive absence module. View all absences in convenient calendar format and include paid leave in total hours reports, ensuring payroll data remains accurate.
Detailed Reports
Generate detailed, readable reports on every aspect of your employees' time and attendance. Integrate data directly into Sage Line 50 or export to Microsoft Excel for simple transfer into other payroll systems.
