How PC Clocking Works
Employees use a simple one field entry box to record attendance on their PC. All attendance clockings are automatically sent to our centralised timesheet software where hours, absences, and overtime are calculated for you. Each staff member can register up to 16 attendance events per day, and the ClockRite timesheet software can be configured for 24 hour operation and rotating shift patterns if required. Additional cash adjustments, allowances, and bonuses can be entered directly into staff member’s timesheets for inclusion in payroll output if necessary.

A PC clocking system incorporates our flexible time and attendance software, including secure data storage and a full suite of reports for comprehensive time management.
Our time and attendance software allows you to prepare your payroll data quickly and easily, with the ability to export hours worked to Sage payroll software. Basic and overtime hours are calculated automatically, while late starts, early finishes, roundings and grace periods can all be built into shift rules to suit your working patterns. Holidays, sickness, and other absences are recorded in detail for each staff member and can be referenced against annual entitlement.
PC Clocking Benefits
PC clocking software can be used as a ‘stand alone’ system or integrated alongside a physical clocking system as needed. The system can be configured for use on a large number of PCs and has a very small data storage requirement. The clocking software works with all major releases of Microsoft Windows.
